ICONIC Estates - Transitional Modern Villa

One of our iconic Transitional style homes located on the Paradise Valley Country Club golf course was featured as Iconic Life Magazine's latest Iconic Estate. Tour this stunning estate designed by architect Mark Candelaria and Mara Green of Mara Green Interior Design with panoramic views of ICONIC Camelback Mountain in Phoenix, Arizona and lush golf course.

Inside this magnificent home, we see floor-to-ceiling glass, 20-ft ceilings and custom millwork and cabinetry throughout. This classic design has a modern feel with a soft elegance that makes this home an ICONIC Estate. Don't miss the sound-proofed home theatre, extensive wine cellar and luxurious primary closet with a luxe shopping vibe. Lush gardens and courtyards surround this home, designed by Refined Gardens. Butterflies are attracted to the colors and year-round blooms of this outdoor oasis.

Historic Central Ave. Remodel

This historic house on Central Avenue was built in 1947 and was loved by the current owner for years, as it sits on a large corner lot along the city's only tree-lined Bridle Path. While the home had beautiful bones they wanted to preserve, a lot of work was needed. The homeowner/client is a contractor, so any improvements made to the house needed to respect the original architecture versus tearing it down. We wanted to keep the existing materials and match any new materials, like brick/cedar shingles/and stucco needed. New additions like a pool, fire pit area, detached garage, laundry, office and covered patio were added to enhance and tie the property together and make for a fabulous family home!

Touring a Mediterranean PV Family Estate

In this video, host Scott Edwards takes viewers on a tour of a beautiful custom home with one of the premier architect's in Arizona, Mark Candelaria, along with his project manager Tim Mathewson. This dream home was custom designed for an Arizona couple of cardiologists and their kids based on their dream desires for their home. These included a home their two teenage boys could live comfortably, formal entertaining areas, work-from-home spaces, and outdoor areas. Every corner of this Mediterranean-style home is meticulously crafted, both inside and out, take a look for yourself!

"Contemporarean" Iconic Haus 2020 Video Tour

Take a tour of this stunning “Mod-iterranean” estate designed by Mark Candelaria and built by Temac Development. Located in the luxe Paradise Valley, this 10,000 square foot home was last year's Iconic Haus presented by ICONIC LIFE Magazine. Every room is an individual creation by various interior designers and not a detail was overlooked! Desert Architecture Series #2 | Tranquil Arizona Ranch Home

This Candelaria Design home, our Tranquil Arizona Ranch, is the personal home for one of our premiere builders, John Schultz of Schultz Development, and his lovely wife, Denise. The home is traditional in style but embodies the beauty of Arizona living with a touch of European elegance and detail.

It is such a special experience to design a home for one of my best friends and favorite builders along with the team of interior designer, Caroline DeCesare and landscape designer, Jeff Berghoff, all who have collaborated with Candelaria and his team on so many fantastic projects over the years. This home is composed of rich and reclaimed materials creating a comfortable and timeless home.
