Today’s podcast episode features Founder and CEO of Career Connectors, Jessica Pierce. Jessica founded Career Connectors in 2009 after the economy had a personal impact on her family. Originally started as a small volunteer group to help write resumes, it quickly turned into a larger organization helping people get back to work. She is now the Executive Director of Career Connectors as well as a known speaker, trainer and career transition expert.

Jessica speaks with Mark on networking, how covid has affected the unemployment rate and unemployment benefits, best practices for finding employment or switching careers and the benefits of volunteering.
