Our guest on this episode is Kaitlyn Wolfe, incredible designer, general contractor and founder of Iconic by Kaitlyn Wolfe, an interior design firm with construction services based here in Scottsdale, AZ. Kaitlyn founded the company in 2016, and influences all the design and the practical construction components, planning every detail to ensure each project reflects her clients' unique personal styles. Her passion for travel and nature, combined with extensive experience in interior design and high-quality construction, enables her to design inspiring and artistic spaces. Kaitlyn holds a general contracting license and has earned numerous awards in the design and construction industry and recently launched her own product line, Ground Floor.

In this episode, we of course talk about the design process, but then we talk about travel, business and other topics which you will find intriguing. She is definitely dynamic and an inspiring go getter!

Our guest on this episode is Cammie Beckert, founder and owner of Cameron Custom, one of the few female-owned and operated custom homebuilders in Arizona. Cammie grew up in the home building industry, as her grandparents are the founders of Camelot Homes. She also has an extensive background in media, market research and real estate, and worked at Camelot Homes before launching this new design & build division.

Growing up here in the Phoenix area in the homebuilding industry, Cammie was perfectly positioned for the career she has created. In this episode we follow Patricia from her early years on the farm to her blossoming interior design career in New York City and then her transition to becoming a renowned writer. She has now written 22 books and has more in the works. Patricia is so knowledgable and in this episode she shares some of her insights and wisdom she has learned from the lessons collected throughout her career. 

Patricia is now working with me and mentoring me through the book writing process. Together with her publisher, we have at least two books we are now working on featuring our Candelaria Design homes from the last twenty years along with recipes connected to each home!

Our podcast guest on this episode is Arizona interior designer Anita Lang, founder of IMI Design. Mark and Anita have known each other for nearly 20 years as they have worked on a number of amazing homes together, including one they are just breaking ground on. They discuss much more than work and design however, delving into spirituality, being a single mother and business owner, travel, and sustainability in design.

She will share what it was like to get the news that she was being given this award, but then the fact she would have to give an acceptance speech and face her phobia of public speaking.
