ICONIC HAUS 2020/2021

The ICONIC HAUS is a luxury designer showhouse presented by ICONIC LIFE digital magazine, that puts 22 marquis interior design talents and influencers under one roof for an 18-day showcase! The house will be VIRTUALLY open to a global audience this winter and will be the site for several small, private events, all to benefit The Heart Center at Phoenix Children’s Hospital.

The stunning “Mod-iterranean” style estate is 10,000 sq.ft. with 6 beds, 5 baths and was built by Temac Developers and designed by architect Mark Candelaria and Vivian Ayala and is marketed for sale by The Joffe Group. CONIC HAUS will have complete coverage in ICONIC LIFE magazine, a digital program/tour guide and app, nine months of editorial content on iconiclife.com, with the new DESIGN LAB content in Jan/Feb/March.

The previous ICONIC HAUS this past Spring had expected about 5,000 guests in person, but due to covid-19 had an incredible 50,000 virtual visitors nationally, making this winter’s virtual platform highly exciting with incredible exposure during these times.

Habitat for Humanity Virtual Event June 25

Join us for an evening of FUN as we all come TOGETHER virtually to help Habitat from Home Thursday, June 25th at 7pm

Private Tour & Dinner at Taliesin West

A few weeks ago, Candelaria Design hosted a private tour and dinner at the famed Taliesin West on January 16th and in the process raised roughly $4,000 for Taliesin West and The Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation.

Taliesin West is a UNESCO World Heritage site and National Historic Landmark nestled in the desert foothills of the McDowell Mountains in Scottsdale, AZ. It is also the home of the Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation and the School of Architecture at Taliesin.

The evening was hosted by Candelaria Design, with Taliesin West graduate and CDA Project Manager, Jochen Walther, giving our 30 guests a private tour followed by cocktails at sunset.

A fabulous four course dinner was served in the infamous Cabaret Room where diners enjoyed the space that hadn’t hosted an event in over five years. What an honor it was to have Taliesin all to ourselves and feel the vibe of Frank Lloyd Wright from the fabulous stories by Foundation President and CEO Stuart Graff. We want to thank all of you who donated to the Foundation by enjoying the private tour and dinner with us at Taliesin.

Phoenix Home Garden Home Tour

Last weekend our Candelaria Design team and our partner team from Earth & Images were cooking up some posole and great design at the VIP Home, a fantastic remodel project! The VIP tour attendees started their day early with a lovely brunch at The Royal Palms resort and finished their day sipping prosecco and savoring homemade posole basking in our glorious weather and this fabulous backyard and wandering our dear client’s gorgeous home! Guests were also given a chance to learn about our Candelaria Design Tours to Italy, Spain and Napa….and a sneak peek at what we have in the planning stages to France and Santa Fe.
